Saffron Fields Vineyard

Our intention is to live off of this land – sustainably.  It’s more than being L.E.E.D. and L.I.V.E. certified – which we are dedicated to doing – it’s about respect for the land.  Saffron Fields Vineyard is about handcrafted, small lot, premium Oregon Pinot Noir produced from grapes that are meticulously cultivated.  The vineyard is part of a whole system.  Beyond the acres of vines planted on our property, this land is also our sanctuary and will operate as a working farm.  We intend to develop a vegetable garden, an orchard, a large walking garden to accompany our tasting room, a compost area, and a reservoir to collect rain water.  We will have chickens for their work in the vineyard and eggs, honey bees and jam from the orchard produce.  We are living it and we’re delighted to share it.

Saffron Fields vineyard is proud to be part of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Located only an hour from Portland, the AVA is home to some of the best wines being made in Oregon.
