At Saffron Fields Vineyard, art and wine have always gone hand in hand. Through our Artists-in-Residence Program, we invite talented regional artists to share their work with our guests, transforming our tasting room into a space where creativity, conversation, and craftsmanship come together.
We’re delighted to introduce our Summer 2026 Artists-in-Residence: Tabby Ivy, Britt Block, and Phil Juttelstad. Their artwork is on display throughout the tasting room now through September 21, 2026, offering visitors the opportunity to experience three distinct artistic perspectives while enjoying a tasting at the vineyard.
Tabby Ivy
Based in nearby Carlton, Oregon, Tabby Ivy is a contemporary landscape oil painter whose work captures the emotion and essence of the natural world. Rather than creating literal representations of landscapes, Tabby’s paintings are inspired by moments, moods, and memories that spark her imagination. Through an intuitive process of layering color, texture, and movement, she creates evocative works that encourage each viewer to discover their own connection to the landscape.
Britt Block
McMinnville artist Britt Block creates vibrant, large-scale pastel paintings that explore light, energy, and the unseen beauty that surrounds us. A lifelong artist and meditator, Britt’s work reflects her interest in the intersection of art and consciousness. Her celebrated bee series invites viewers to experience the world through a different perspective, revealing subtle patterns of light, movement, and connection that often go unnoticed.
Phil Juttelstad
Phil Juttelstad draws on his background in architecture to create paintings inspired by the landscapes and built environments of the Pacific Northwest. His work explores the relationships between land, sky, water, and the structures we create, with a particular focus on atmosphere, light, shadow, and form. Working in oil and acrylic, Phil’s paintings offer thoughtful interpretations of the places that define our region.
