Pair with 2021 Dijon Clones Pinot Noir

Serves: 4 people
Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops

White BBQ Sauce:
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon creamy horseradish
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Step 1:
In a small bowl, stir together the white BBQ sauce ingredients.

Step 2:
Add half the BBQ sauce to a large casserole dish or large ziploc bag. Add the pork chops and toss to coat. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes while you preheat the grill.

Step 3:
Heat the grill to 450 degrees.  Once hot, add the pork chops and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

Step 4:
Remove the pork from the grill and let rest for 3 minutes.

Step 5:
Serve the remaining white BBQ.
