May 24-25   11am – 5pm   Memorial Day Weekend

Celebrate the holiday weekend with us.  We will be pouring a nice mix of Pinot Noirs and our very popular Riesling.   We will have some locally made Charcuterie and Cheeses to pair with the wines.  

Sit on our sunny patio next to the ponds in the Japanese garden and enjoy the views.  Experience Saffron Fields for yourself.   Tasting fees are $20 per person.

Sunday June 8 Vineyard Tour

Come by the tasting room the first Sunday of every month for a tour of our Saffron Fields Vineyard. We will discuss why the Saffron Fields Vineyard is perfect for growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, while taking in incredible views of the Coastal Range. We will explain what is happening in the vineyard at that particular time and illustrate how it fits into the overall life cycle of the vine. Reward yourself post walk with a glass of Riesling, Chardonnay or one of our Pinot Noirs.

Sunday June 15  Sensory Seminar

Join us June 15^th for a Food and Wine Pairing seminar! We will discuss how food and wine can be paired to amplify each other. There are basic pairing rules, think red wine with meat and white wine with fish, but those rules limit you to the possibilities of what you can do. Come to expand your food and wine knowledge! It will be a fun and educational experience.

Saturday July 5th 7 pm onwards  Fireworks Celebration

Come celebrate Independence day weekend with us.   Bring your lawn chairs or blankets to sit on our lawn.   Portland food truck Bunk Truck will be parked in front of our tasting room to provide sandwiches made from high-quality ingredients. Smitten Artisan Chocolates will be here sampling and selling their delicious truffles for guests.   Our wines will be available for tasting and purchase by the glass or bottle., buy a bottle or a glass of wine and watch our own fireworks display.    Admission $5/person   No outside food or drinks are allowed.   Reserve your place by calling the tasting room (503)662-5323.
