An old dairy barn at Saffron Fields is meticulously deconstructed one board at a time by the Wood is Wonderful Foundation. Much of the reclaimed wood — disassembled one board at a time — is being incorporated into the structure of the tasting room, whose design is strikingly enhanced by this fine, clean lumber.
