Mushrooms + Pinot Noir – A Classic Combination

Start the evening with light appetizers and a glass of wine, while Saffron Fields’ Ashley Bowers explains the basics of cooking with mushrooms and how to pair mushroom- based dishes with Pinot Noir. Ashley, a former Whole Foods Market chef and cooking instructor, will demonstrate how to prepare a few mushroom based dishes, which will then be served to guests. Take home a copy of the recipes to replicate the dishes at home! Price includes these small dishes paired with wine.
