Sushi Making Class – Part of our series of Master Classes
Saffron Fields is excited to launch a fun series of How To. Each month will have its own theme, and offer a hands-on learning experience. At the end of the session, you take home what you prepared. You will work with professional instructors for each class, exploring new skills and honing your techniques. We conveniently offer these classes on Saturday or Sunday. Purchase classes individually for $45 ($40 for Club Members) or all four classes for $135.00 ($120 for Club Members). Ticket fee includes all the materials, professional instruction, a glass of wine, and lots of fun.
Experience an interactive sushi-rolling session with in-house chef David Dufour of Saffron Fields. David will help take the mystery out of preparing this exotic food. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sushi pair very well together, enjoy a glass while you become an expert as you prepare and roll enough for 6 sushi rolls. . You have the choice of a Saturday or Sunday Session. There is limited seating for each session and tickets will not be available after February 28, so don’t wait to book this popular event.
