Sometimes tamales sound too exotic to make in your own kitchen, but aren’t they oh so good? Have you ever wanted to learn how to make them at home?
Join us for an interactive evening as our in-house chef, Ashley Bowers teaches you how to prepare and assemble the perfect tamale.
Enjoy some Saffron Fields Pinot as you mold the masa and choose from a array of fillings. We’ll have plenty of sauces and toppings available to enjoy your creations that evening in the tasting room and to-go boxes to take some home.
