Q: What does it cost to join?
There is no cost to join and you may cancel after 2 shipments. Besides wine club shipments at a discount, members are entitled to discount on additional wine purchases, merchandise orders and special pricing for winery events such as winemaker dinners. There are also wine club “members only” events during the year.
Q: When will my wine club selections be shipped?
Your preselected wine club orders are shipped in April/May, October/November. If you join between shipments, we will send you the current selection so you can start enjoying the Club right away!
Q: How do I place an order for wine?
Members can place orders online 24 hours a day, or during normal business hours (11 am to 5 pm (Pacific) by contacting a Wine Club representative by calling (503) 662-5323, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our knowledgeable staff can answer all your questions about available wines and help fill your order.
Q: Will I be notified before my wine club order is shipped?
Approximately 2-3 weeks before your club shipment is processed you will receive an email to verify your account information and shipping address. This notification also provides you with a great opportunity to add more of your favorites to your club order. Any changes to your shipping information or club status must be received by us prior to order processing to avoid return shipping charges.
Q: Do I need to be home to sign for my Wine Club shipment?
Yes. Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult (21 or over). Deliveries are made Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We recommend using a business address when possible.
Q: I live in a hot state, are there alternate shipping options available?
Yes. We offer a twice yearly shipping option for our customers living in areas that experience extreme heat. Contact a wine club representative to combine your shipments to avoid deliveries during the hot months. Twice yearly club shipments are shipped in April and October and include 6 bottles each.
Q: I live locally and would like to pick up my wine club shipments. Is this an option?
Yes. We offer a will-call option and we look forward to seeing you at the winery, we keep a shipment for 6 months if it is not picked up we will ship it to you. Please choose the pickup at winery option when you sign up.
