Saffron Fields Wines
At Saffron Fields, winemaker Tony Rynders crafts limited-production Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our estate vineyard in Oregon’s Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Our Estate wines reflect the vineyard and each vintage, while Spectrum brings together fruit from Saffron Fields and other Willamette Valley vineyards.
Our Pinot Noir program also explores the individual character of the clones planted throughout our vineyard. Each year, we bottle select clones separately as Estate Single Clone wines, offering an opportunity to experience how clone influences aroma, texture, and flavor when grown on the same estate.

Single Clone Wines
Different blocks at Saffron Fields are planted with different Pinot Noir clones. Each year, we bottle select clones individually to showcase their differences in aroma, texture, and flavor when grown in the same vineyard. These limited-production wines provide a distinctive opportunity to explore the influence of clone within a common site and vintage.
Willamette Valley Wines
Spectrum celebrates the Willamette Valley beyond our estate. We blend Pinot Noir from Saffron Fields and other Willamette Valley vineyards to create an approachable wine that brings together fruit from across the region. Designed to be enjoyed without waiting for a special occasion, Spectrum is our everyday expression of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.

Recent reviews continue that recognition across our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay programs.
